Peninsula Pet Hospital does not bill pet insurance providers. Clients are expected to pay their bill in full at checkout and then we can send the paid invoice to their insurance for reimbursement.
Peninsula Pet Hospital does not automatically submit insurance claims after check out. We offer to help out with claims as a courtesy to our clients. We do try our best to have the name of a patient’s insurance provider on file, but we ask clients to let the front staff know at checkout that they would like their vet bill sent in to their insurance for reimbursement.
